Every candidate must undergo two tests and complete a test order. The first test assesses their grasp of a particular academic discipline, while the second gauges their proficiency in the English language. Those who attain excellent scores in both tests and excel in the test order advance to the subsequent phase of our hiring process.
1-1 Online interview
We conduct online interviews with candidates who pass the tests successfully. These interviews assist us in verifying the skills mentioned in their resumes. We seek individuals who are dynamic and possess attributes such as friendliness, adaptability, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Trial period
After successfully clearing the interviews, candidates are invited to join our team and embark on their journey under the guidance of our managers. This allows them to apply their skills in practical scenarios. Upon consistently delivering positive outcomes for one month, they are formally integrated into the team.

Absolutely not. We prioritize human expertise above all else. Should our experts attempt to use AI tools, they will be immediately terminated.

How do I know when the expert has finished working on my order?
You’ll receive an email and, if provided, a phone alert when your order is ready. Then, you can review and download it in doc, docs, ppt, pptx, csv, or any specified format per your order details.
